Liz Conway's Photographs: 2010

I really liked the idea of taking a photo of hands holding flowers. I think there is something rather elegant and whimsical about the idea. Unfortunately, the idea is a bit better in my mind than it is in practice. I tried one other shot before this, which is in the previous blog. On a whim, I decided to have her hold two more flowers. This was the shot that I ended up with, about which I am undecided. There are some good aspects of it, but I dislike all of the things in the background. I would have liked to come up with a better shot, but I knew the assignment was to take only one... Oh, the issues with being a perfectionist...
